The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a high-end Dyson Supersonic(TM) hair dryer. Rooms are located in villas, villas are reached by boat or golf buggy (walking is possible) and each is served by a male or female butler (available 24 hour). Each villa has a courtyard with a fountain, for gathering or socializing with guests.
The sundowner hours changed to 5pm-7pm (previously 6pm-8pm). Very few people are done with their day by 5pm, so we rushed to get our drink.

The resort is centrally located, with long beautiful gardens. There is a beach with excellent staff attending to guest's needs. Guests are well taken care of here.

Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia serves traditional north Indian dishes. I had a tasty dhal (lentil stew) with fluffy rice. The dhal was flavorful and spicy with shreds of ginger.

My room was spacious and comfortable with a terrace. The bathroom was total luxury, the shower and bath area was well laid out. The beds are large and comfortable too.

the shower and bath area featured a well-planned layout. water pressure was good! the bed and sitting area were spacious. a nice outdoor area allowed viewing peacocks. gondolas offered a relaxing way to navigate the complex. golf carts provided convenient transport to specific locations. the grounds were well maintained. replenishing items was fast.
the e-butler service was not always reliable. it made arranging transport and other services a bit less seamless than expected.

the j club offers modern fitness equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. several swimming pools provide ample space. for relaxation. sun cream is available near the beach, offering protection from the sun.

i stayed in a palm house lagoon room for three nights. my room was spacious and comfortable , and the bathroom included a high-end dyson supersonic hair dryer. mr saleem from porterage handled my luggage quickly, and mr ibrahim from reception completed the check-in process smoothly. villas are reached by boat or golf buggy, and each is served by a butler available 24 hours.
Beach service had issues. I frequently had to chase for items and request the parasol be opened. i did not want to sit under the hot july sun. charging around 10 gbp for water also felt crass given the hotel's overall standard.

The architecture had a beautiful Arabian style.
The WhatsApp "e-butler" service proved unreliable. I suspect it might have been a chat bot and not a real person. The villa sundowner hours changed to 5pm-7pm, an inconvenient time. Few people are ready for dinner by 5pm. Most guests would emerge at the last minute before the 7pm cut off to get a drink, therefore zero interaction with other guests.
